The Original Cauliflower Ear Treatment is simple to to use.

• Gently apply the gel the front and back of the affected ear.
• Allow the gel to dry. Try to keep your ear out of the water for about an hour.
• Reapply 3 to 4 times daily until the signs of the cauliflower ear are gone (typically within a week).

For stubborn, hardened cauliflower ear, follow the same steps as above except you'll need to gently massage the affectd ear to stimulate the healing process. Be careful to massage gently as too much pressure can cause renewed inflamation.
