12-year-old Girl Finds Relief and Reduces Hardened Scar Tissue

Hi, I ordered your product for my 12 year old daughter. She had ear surgery in June of 2008 to correct ears that were sticking out. Shortly after the surgery her ears started developing blisters or what appeared to be blisters and significant swelling.

We went to see the Doctor several times in our panic. He even came in the office on a week-end when the office was closed. He told us that it was highly unusual and just to put antibiotic ointment on, which we did.

We were in the process of moving out of state a few weeks later. During the following year her ears never improved, in fact they blistered a little a few months later. They continued to heal from the surgery but where there had been blisters the cartilage was becoming deformed.

Needless to say I, as a parent, was very concerned. We went back to Denver where the surgery had been preformed and met with the Doctor last summer to show him and to see what he could do. He said that it was cauliflower ear (that was the first time we had heard that) and that there was nothing he could do except surgically remove the scar tissue. He said that there was no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again.

After I got back home I started to google cauliflower ear and came across your product. I wasn't really expecting much although I am quite knowledgeable about alternative healing products. We started applying the product in the beginning of October and fairly quickly started seeing a change in the appearance of her ears. The ears have become significantly softer and have had a noticably decrease in size. One of the ears had much greater scar tissue on it then the other and that one still does. I am not sure that we will see it go away to the degree that we want but we will still apply your product for a couple of months.

We hope she doesn't have to go back in for surgery. Sorry for the length of this e-mail but I thought you would like to know this story. My daughter is a very smart and pretty 12 year old and it had been very hard for all of us to see her go through the years of her being self concious because her ears sticking out only to now go through the pain of deformed ears...never mind the expense of the surgery!!!!!

Pain Free, Normal-Eared Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Fighter

About two months after starting Brazilian Jiu Jitsu training my ears began to ache and become very sensitive. One day I noticed that my left ear had swollen considerably and the pain had become almost unbearable. I hit my ear and after a couple of days I noticed that a large tender bump had swollen up in my ear lobe. I started using [The Original Cauliflower Ear Treatment] within about a week of first noticing the swelling and pain. I applied the ointment between four and six time a day. Judo Practitioner Finds Relief

I woke up one morning with my ear throbbing in pain. The day before, a black belt in judo had my head pinned between his arm and his 260 pound body. It was my first taste of cauliflower ear.

I talked to friends and looked online for a solution. My options were to stick a needle in my own ear and drain the puss, have a doctor do it, or continue in pain. So, I had my wife stick my ear with a large sewing needle. Basically, that just hurt…a lot. Then, I had the doctor drain it. He told me that the draining wasn’t guaranteed to fix the problem and would likely return if I bumped my ear, rolled over on my pillow while sleeping, or anything that would put pressure on it. He successfully removed the puss with a needle.
